Our History
Inclusively Inclusive was established in Richmond, Virginia, to create spaces that empower women and foster genuine inclusion. Our founder, Nia B, sought a community beyond her immediate resources during times of loneliness. From this yearning for meaningful change, the nonprofit emerged, underscoring the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. It has grown from a grassroots initiative into a movement dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices, confronting systemic barriers, and nurturing a vibrant community. The organization advocates that empowerment stems from collaboration, education, and the shared vision of a more equitable future.
